Black Dog Memorial Hall

The Right Royal Wedding Ceilidh, which was held at the Black Dog Memorial Hall went off with a right royal bang!

The ages of the dancing dervishes varied from 9 to 90 & all joined the master of ceremonies to do justice to the enthusiasm of the Red Shed band.

At 9.00, we wre treated to the preview of a play about the battle of the seasons performed by a star cast.

During a break for a buffet dinner fit for royalty, Sonia Andrews proposed a toast to William & Kate. A timely reminder to us all as to why we were there.

The bar run by the Black Dog Hotel closed at midnight & the joyful evening wound down shortly after.
