Freshening up

Thanks to the combined efforts of KaDCA committee men, Norman Boyer (right) and Don King and Devon County Council who gave us a grant for the paint, Kennerleigh's phone box was restored to its former glory in a couple of days in the middle of June.

Potholes

Potholes in the KaDCA area have caused thousands of pounds worth of damage, local garages report.

Residents have had Individual bills for broken suspension and association damage totalling several hundred pounds. Many people are claiming compensation from local authorities.

These potholes and many more were on a particularly bad stretch of road between Kennerleigh and Stockleigh English. After protests to councillors they were recently repaired.

No doubt there are plenty more potholes that need fixing - if you
send us a photo (stating when and where taken) we will feature it on the website.
